ACC COLUMBIA Jet Service GmbH is currently investigating an IT security incident that was identified on September 9, 2026.
Based on the information currently available, there was unauthorized access to IT systems and a data exfiltration incident. The scope and nature of the incident, as well as whether any personal data may have been affected, are currently being investigated by specialized IT forensic experts. Final findings are not yet available.
Immediately after becoming aware of the incident, we took measures to secure our systems and limit any potential consequences. Affected systems were taken offline as a precaution, and external IT forensic specialists were engaged. The competent data protection supervisory authority has been notified, and a criminal complaint has also been filed.
If the ongoing investigation establishes that specific individuals have been affected by the incident and that direct notification is required, we will inform those individuals promptly and directly.
Protecting the data entrusted to us is a high priority for us. We are working intensively to fully clarify the circumstances, limit any potential impact, and further strengthen the security of our systems.
