Line & Base Maintenance
ACC COLUMBIA Jet Service offers line and base maintenance services for a wide range of aircraft types and makes at our different facilities in Hanover, Cologne and Paphos (CY).
We cover the complete bandwidth of services – from pre-flight inspections to complete overhauls of aircraft and their components. In our fully-equipped hangars we manage all necessary operations to solve any technical issues. Whatever aircraft you are operating, whether it requires just routine inspections, unscheduled or even heavy maintenance, overhauls, structural repairs or spare part support we are at your disposal and return your aircraft to you in good shape complying with all applicable safety regulations.

In case your aircraft is grounded because of technical problems, our 24 / 7 AOG team will be dispatched immediately to make sure that your aircraft will quickly be airworthy again. High quality and professional standards characterize us in the maintenance of Bombardier, Gulfstream, Embraer, Dassault and Cessna aircraft. As a Honeywell Authorized Mechanical Service Center and Level 1 Premier Avionics Dealer we are available for you every day.
Our maintenance facilities are premium service centers approved and rated by numerous aviation authorities as EASA, Aruba, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, San Marino, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA and Canada.

Modifications and Upgrading
Installations and retrofits are part of the company’s specialties. Be it in the support of major parts in the VIP equipment or in unique adaptations for special tasks such as camera installations or STC’s.
Our modification services include planning and execution of entire sheet metal projects, creation of forms and fixture constructions and last but not least of course the complete documentation including manufacturer proof.
24/7 AOG service
In case your good aircraft is grounded because of technical problems, our 24/7 AOG team will be dispatched immediately to make sure that your aircraft will quickly be airworthy again. The hotline is manned each and every day of the year and our team looks forward to supporting you wherever you are and whenever you have an issue.
We are not only supporting you in terms of workmanship but also with serviceable components. Therefore as a single point of contact, our AOG help desk provides an agile and reliable support for the supply of certifying staff that travels wherever your aircraft is grounded and for parts, components as well as consumables and expendables.
Parking & Storage
ACC COLUMBIA Jet Service also offers aircraft storage and preservation in accordance with the respective aircraft maintenance manual within our heated hangars at Hanover and Cologne/Bonn airport, both being operable 24/7. We ensure the aircraft preservation for long periods of parking and guarantee that the aircraft meets the necessary conditions for airworthiness when required.
Accomodation
No matter flight crews, engineers or costumer representatives are willing to visit their aircraft while in maintenance we are glad to welcome them in our facilities. In order to make this stay pleasant we offer free of charge offices, customer lounge and rest rooms all equipped with WIFI.
Furthermore, when onsite we will help you with hotel bookings, rental cars and overall transport at preferred rates. You receive professional assistance with flight plans and catering. Whatever it takes, we are here to serve you best.
